Our organization seeks an entry-level or experienced candidate to complete a four-year heavy vehicle apprenticeship.
Main Responsibilities- We are looking for someone to acquire knowledge and skills in repairs, maintenance, manufacture, installation, and diagnosis of vehicle mechanical problems through formal training sessions and hands-on work experience under the supervision of trained mechanics.
- Competently use hand and specialized tools, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- A valid driver's license and familiarity with manual and automatic transmission types.
- Eligibility for enrolment in or progression towards achievement of the relevant Trade Certificate in Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.
- A commitment to complete a four-year apprenticeship and obtain a nationally recognized qualification.
