About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional Sales Solutions Specialist to join a company that is industry leading and has been manufacturing in Australia for over 40 years.

We are looking for someone who has been successful in the sales of industrial or capital equipment and has the skills to work with customers to determine the right equipment for their current and future needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong capacity to adapt and learn quickly, be a self-starter, capable of multi-tasking, and driven to achieve outcomes benefiting our customers, our business, and team.

The successful candidate will also have excellent customer service skills, be a solid team player who works well within a team environment, and be able to maintain customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer rapport and understand their needs
  • Work with customers to determine the right equipment for their current and future needs
  • Manage and create leads through prospecting
  • Adapt and learn quickly to meet the needs of customers and the business
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Work well within a team environment and maintain customer communications

Requirements:

  • Experience in a B2B sales role
  • Ability to work with a leading CRM system
  • Valid SA driver's license
  • Australian citizenship or Permanent Resident with the right to work in Australia
