A Day in the Life
  • Support the Head of Channel Strategy to identify commercial opportunities and execute best-in-class channel strategies across retail.
  • Conduct research and generate market insights to identify channel opportunities in emerging segments such as RTDs and premium spirits.
  • Analyse customer and shopper data sources to determine where to play and execute the long-term roadmap for evolving the 'Perfect Store' initiative.
  • Presentation clear insights and results to senior leadership, highlighting successes, learnings, and future opportunities.
What You Will Bring
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate strategies in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to identify and quantify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Deep understanding of Australia's retail beverage / FMCG channel landscape - it would be an advantage if you bring an understanding of consumer and category dynamics across beer, RTDs and spirits.
  • 5+ years of working experience in FMCG across channel management, trade marketing, national sales and/or in-store execution.
