About the Position

The Director, Channels Plus is a key leadership role within SiteMinder's Smart Platform strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies to drive revenue growth through expanded channel partnerships, leading cross-functional teams to deliver commercial outcomes aligned to strategy, collaborating with external partners to develop joint initiatives and support shared goals, and analysing data to identify key levers and develop optimisation plans to drive yield on partner channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through expanded channel partnerships
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial outcomes aligned to strategy
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop joint initiatives and support shared goals
  • Analyse data to identify key levers and develop optimisation plans to drive yield on partner channels
  • Identify future expansion opportunities, build business cases and executive buy-in
