We are seeking an experienced Property Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data and making informed decisions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including management and investors.
  • Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Key Responsibilities

The Property Analyst will be required to:

  • Manage Project Funding: Model and compare different funding structures to determine the optimal funding option.
  • Develop Financial Tools: Create and maintain financial tools to analyze project feasibility and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team: Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
