Job Title: Aquatic Team Leader

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Team Leader to join our team. As an Aquatic Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of swim teachers and squad coaches to deliver high-quality swim school programs.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve program delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. They will also have experience in leading teams and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of swim teachers and squad coaches
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business outcomes
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of assets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AUSTSWIM Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent)
  • AUSTSWIM extension certificates (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous Swim School or Leisure Supervisor Experience
  • Previous experience leading a large workforce towards business outcomes
  • Demonstrated business and/or marketing experience
  • Previous experience leading/reporting/monitoring financial outcomes
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Vulnerable People
  • Level 2 First Aid and current CPR
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
