Swim Coach Job

Are you passionate about coaching and working with swimmers of all ages and abilities? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Coach to join our team at the Regional Aquatic Centre in Grafton.

This is an exciting opportunity for a coach who can provide expert technical instruction and support to our junior coaches. As a key member of our swim program, you will be responsible for creating a positive and enjoyable environment that promotes member wellness and engagement.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with participants of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, and contribute to the development of individual swimmer's goals.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide expert coaching and technical instruction to swimmers of all ages and abilities
  • Support our junior coaches in their development and growth
  • Contribute to the development of individual swimmer's goals
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Background in providing swim coaching to elite athletes
  • Ability to support the needs of individual athlete's in achieving their goals

Other Information:

  • The package includes $34.48 - $41.12 per hour, plus 25% casual loading, plus superannuation
