GP Clinic Establishment Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to help set up and manage a brand-new general practice in Melbourne's vibrant inner east.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing the clinic, working closely with our leadership team to:

  • Establish and develop the clinic from day one, creating a thriving health destination with a strong team.
  • Manage the daily operations of the clinic with professionalism and warmth.
  • Support and grow a positive team culture where staff feel valued and inspired.
  • Drive growth and establish the clinic in the community.
  • Assist with doctor recruitment and onboarding to build a strong clinical team.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safe clinical practices.
  • Provide patients with an excellent experience each time they visit.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience managing and developing GP clinics (essential).
  • Knowledge and experience in setting up a GP clinic from scratch (highly regarded).
  • Leadership skills that inspire trust, teamwork, and positivity.
  • A proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills and a knack for building smooth systems.
