About the Role:

The Job:

  • To oversee the implementation of security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarms) and maintain accurate reporting systems.
  • To represent security services at governance and stakeholder meetings, ensuring operational alignment.
  • Manage team performance, including coaching, absence management, and compliance with industrial relations standards.
  • Maintain strong on-site leadership visibility, championing a proactive, safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale security operations in healthcare or critical infrastructure.
  • Detailed understanding of Prevention and Management of Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA).
  • Proven ability to manage compliance with contractual KPIs, regulations, and service standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management across clients, government agencies, and emergency services.

What You Need:

  • Leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in risk assessment, incident response, and strategic security planning.
  • Proficient in security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarms) and operational reporting.
  • Relevant security licences.
  • First aid certificate.
  • Driver's License.
