Job Profile

The Centre Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our repair centre. You will provide strategic guidance and motivation to your team, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality repairs to clients.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Workshop Management: Direct the production management of the workshop to guarantee targets are achieved and vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
  2. Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  3. Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  4. Profitability, Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site operates profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using the tools provided to understand site performance.
  5. Leadership and People Development: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
  6. Safety Management: Ensure the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, following all WHS policies and procedures, and immediately reporting and addressing safety incidents/near misses.
