We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and develop the sales strategy for two diverse properties in the Hunter Valley. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex sales across multiple properties, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for customer experience and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement annual sales plans in collaboration with the Cluster GM
  2. Manage key accounts across various market segments
  3. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and conference team
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business
  5. Represent the properties at trade shows and industry events
  6. Provide sales insights and market trend reports
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar senior role within hospitality
  • Expertise in managing complex sales across multiple properties
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of revenue management and distribution strategies
  • Passion for customer experience and team development
