Sales Leadership Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop the sales strategy for two properties in the Hunter Valley – Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat.

This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue across segments such as MICE, Corporate, Leisure, Health & Wellbeing, Golf, and F&B, while influencing the future of two diverse and thriving properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans in collaboration with the Cluster General Manager.
  • Manage key accounts across various market segments.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and conference team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business.
  • Represent properties at trade shows and industry events.
  • Provide sales insights and market trend reports.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Sales team to maximize exposure and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior role within hospitality.
  • Expertise in managing complex sales across multiple properties.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of revenue management and distribution strategies.
  • Passion for customer experience and team development.
