Business Partnership Specialist

As a Business Partnership Specialist, you will play a vital role in fostering and maintaining influential relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders. You will drive mutual success through aligned technology initiatives and business objectives.

As the primary liaison between IT and the business, you will ensure that IT services and solutions effectively meet business needs and support seamless collaboration. Your extensive experience in business relationship management within a global professional services firm will be invaluable in achieving this goal.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and IT support integration
  • Experienced in IT service management and delivery
  • Proven leadership experience and exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic advice across functions as a senior expert
  • Complex problem-solving with minimal guidance
  • Team leader managing experienced technical experts or medium-sized operational teams (5-20+ members)
  • Annual work priorities for self and team aligned with broader business unit goals
  • Initiating and driving large, impactful projects

You will prioritize initiatives based on value, building effective relationships with business stakeholders to form partnerships that drive mutual success. This requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Driving and implementing consistent Tech Governance and demand management strategies to align with business objectives and deliver results within budget
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive business value
  • Developing and maintaining strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, nurturing partnerships that drive Tech Hub's and business units' mutual success
  • Adopting and improving awareness of the Tech Risk Governance framework among stakeholders, contributing to the effective management of our risk profile
