A leading Australian non-bank lender provides fast, flexible, and reliable property-backed lending solutions to brokers and borrowers. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to build and nurture broker relationships.
About the PositionThis role focuses on promoting mortgage products, driving revenue growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to broker panels. You will help brokers unlock opportunities and grow their business by delivering exceptional service across loan enquiries, applications, and existing loans.
Main Responsibilities- Broker Relationship Management: Manage a proactive sales pipeline, converting leads into successful outcomes.
- Lending Solutions Expertise: Educate brokers on lending solutions and how they can support business growth.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to support broader business initiatives and enhance broker and customer satisfaction.
- Proven Success: Proven success in business development, sales, and relationship management.
- Mortgage Lending Experience: Experience in mortgage lending, particularly within the broker or third-party channel.
- Network and Relationships: Strong network and existing relationships in the broker market.
- Broker Panel Management: Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a broker panel.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Australian lending landscape and regulatory environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial reports and market trends.
- Project Management: Project management experience is a plus.
