
Broker Growth Leader

We are seeking a senior leader to drive growth in home lending acquisition through a frontline distribution team. This key position will deepen broker relationships, deliver sustainable lending growth, enhance broker and customer outcomes, and foster a high-performing, customer-first culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach a state-based distribution team of Business Development Managers and Broker Support Officers to achieve strategic growth and home loan settlements.
- Develop and execute targeted market activation strategies to maximise broker engagement and business opportunities.
- Act as a senior point of contact for escalations and complex issue resolution between brokers, aggregators, and internal teams.
- Build and manage relationships with key aggregators and top-tier broker groups to drive sustainable business growth.
- Embed structured operating rhythms, sales disciplines, and performance routines across the team for consistent execution.
- Support capability uplift and career development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Extensive sales leadership experience with a proven track record of success in sales coaching and performance uplift.
- An existing and credible broker network.
- Credit risk management expertise.
- Business or Retail Banking experience.
