As a true generalist, you will be responsible for advising on a broad range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, organisational strategy, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with managers to support the achievement of business objectives
  • Apply HR policies and procedures consistently across the organisation
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • HR Generalist experience, with evidence of extensive experience across all aspects of Human Resources
  • Experience with the end-to-end employee lifecycle
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the scientific, pharma, or related industry would be desirable
