Customer Service Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Sales targets and key performance indicators must be met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized solutions for customers and empower them to transform their telecommunications experience.
  • Meet sales targets and maintain high levels of productivity in a busy retail environment.
About You:
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily build connections with new and existing customers.
  • You should be hungry to learn and grow within the role, with a strong desire to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • You should thrive in a fast-paced, busy retail environment and be comfortable working as part of a dynamic team.
