About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Specialist to join our Fund Solution team at Corporation Service Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing fund administration services to our clients, including NAV calculation, capital calls, and distributions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage clients' portfolios to provide hedge and private equity funds administration services, including facilitating NAV calculation, capital calls, and distributions.
  • Prepare financial information and schedules for audit purposes, review draft audit accounts, and resolve audit issues.
  • Dispatch interim and annual financial statements and other notices to fund managers or investors.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality client service and compliance with group policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Proactively manage and develop client relationships, conduct meetings as appropriate, and maintain a high degree of accuracy and consistency in execution of reporting.
  • Interact with clients and key stakeholders, including legal counsel, auditors, and tax advisors.

Your Profile

  • Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in fund accounting and administration or corporate accounting field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome and will be considered for Assistant Fund Accountant.
  • Member of professional body will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin.
  • Good team player, independent, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn, and able to adapt in new challenges with excellent communication skills.
