Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage resources across work areas and teams to achieve successful outcomes.">
  • Apply sound commercial judgment to decisions, contributing to project profitability.">
  • Build positive relationships by understanding client needs and delivering quality outcomes that meet contract requirements.">
  • Ensure all site activities comply with HSEQ standards, demonstrating strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental performance.">
  • Select and engage capable suppliers and subcontractors based on quality, safety, and value for money.">
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and resource efficiency to deliver successful outcomes.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 3+ years' experience within Electrical Engineering, ideally on major construction projects.">
  • Tertiary Qualification in Electrical Engineering and Cert III Telecommunications (essential).">
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Defence security clearance (essential).">
  • Australian Defence Force (ADF) experience is desirable.">
  • MUST hold relevant Australian working rights.">
