About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in Coffs Harbour. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, helping our customers to maintain their independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, promoting our customers' physical and emotional well-being.

What We Look for in a Care Worker
  • You are passionate about assisting our aged community and committed to supporting them to live independently at home for longer.
  • You hold a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle - travel is an essential part of the role.
  • You are able to remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations, and are not easily flustered by delays or difficult customers.
  • You are available to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
  • You are comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for support.
