Disability Support Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with complex trauma and psychosocial disabilities.

We are seeking skilled Disability Support Professionals to provide support to children or adults with complex trauma and psychosocial disabilities across various settings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing residential support and assistance with skill development
  • Helping clients access the wider community
  • Assisting with routines and protocols in the setting
  • Facilitating communication between clients, families, and teams

To be successful in this role, you will need well-developed interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Work (or similar)
  • NDIS Worker Clearance Certificate
  • Completed NDIS Worker Induction Module - Quality, Safety & You
  • Infection Control Training - COVID-19 Certificate
  • Current NSW Working With Children Check
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • NNSW Drivers Licence, reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
  • Evidence of vehicle registration
  • 100 points of ID
  • The right to work in Australia
