Job Opportunity: Front Office Administration Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Administration Assistant. This is a casual contract position that offers the opportunity to gain experience in an aviation environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, including invoicing, data entry, and customer inquiries. Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Invoicing customers for support services and spare parts
  2. Delivering invoices via email
  3. Data entry from Excel to SAP system
  4. Processing credit notes through workflow generation
  5. Managing general inquiries via email
  6. Fly reporting
  7. Data analysis for fleet, customers, and other areas
  8. Customer account creation
  9. Project administration
  10. Weekly reporting for military customers

To succeed in this role, you should possess intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills, some experience in customer service, and familiarity with data entry. SAP experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
