Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the delivery of mobile network build projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, with expertise in telecommunications and mobile network project delivery.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile build projects including planning, scheduling, and financial oversight.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of work in progress, job costs, and project risks.
  • Lead subcontractor management and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legislative standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates on job status and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to contract margin performance.

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in telecommunications or mobile network project delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and large-scale job scheduling.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing scope, budget, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools such as MS Project.
