As a seasoned professional, you have the chance to take on a challenging role as Store Manager at our new store in Thornleigh, NSW. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of skilled individuals and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to champion a safety-first culture within the store, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Assume ownership of sales and operational activities, driving revenue growth and maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with inventory and state managers to optimize stock levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote and manage catalogue sales and campaigns to drive category sales and maintain margin.
  • Foster effective relationships with customers and suppliers, promoting mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to help them achieve their development plans.
Qualifications
  • Availability to work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule with flexibility to accommodate occasional Saturdays.
  • Proven experience in store management, customer service, and sales operations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead a team and drive business outcomes through strategic decision-making.
