Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled specialist to utilize Framecad and other tools for delivering accurate detailing, drafting, BOMs, and cost reports. This role supports manufacturing and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employ Framecad for detailing, drafting, and estimating.
  2. Read and interpret building plans to produce BOMs and CSV-based cost reports.
  3. Support manufacturing with CSV files and structural steel detailing.
  4. Maintain accurate BOMs and accessories reports.
  5. Generate sales quotes via Salesforce and communicate with customers.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to process improvements.
  7. Attend site visits as needed for project accuracy.

Requirements:

  1. Experience with Framecad or similar detailing/estimating software.
  2. Strong plan interpretation and drafting skills.
  3. Proficiency in Excel and CSV reporting.
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  5. Open to candidates from timber or residential drafting backgrounds.
