**Commercial Role Overview**

The Commercial Manager position is focused on supporting the regional strategic objectives and driving business growth across key categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver commercial and strategic objectives through effective third-party agent management.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with external agent teams, prioritizing growth in key categories and retail accounts aligned to strategic goals.
  • Develop direct relationships with regional distributors to drive further growth opportunities with key partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure clear communication and information flow on key deliverables.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Stakeholder management, monitoring activity progress for weekly report updates.
  • Coordinating retail pitch meetings, travel arrangements, and expense management.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of commercial experience; consumer goods or licensing industry background preferred.
