Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Leader to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving commercial performance across our Grocery consumer business with operations throughout Australia.

The ideal candidate will be based in Erskine Park NSW, managing the financial and commercial aspects of multiple customer contracts while supporting the growth and development of our operations.

You'll lead a small team of analysts and work closely with senior management, business development, and operational teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

  • Lead commercial governance and financial performance across key customer contracts
  • Develop and present business cases and financial models for new and existing opportunities
  • Support customer reviews, renewals, and contract implementations

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a hands-on approach and focus on action and results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the financial and commercial aspects of multiple customer contracts
  2. Develop and present business cases and financial models
  3. Support customer reviews, renewals, and contract implementations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior commercial or finance role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA preferred)
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel proficiency essential)
