Team Leadership Opportunity

Marsupial Landscape Management is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to lead our high-performing and friendly team covering East Melbourne area based out of Bayswater.

We have been at the forefront of commercial landscape management in Australia for over 37 years, managing large-scale infrastructure and open space assets across 4 states & a broad range of market sectors – priding ourselves on delivering the highest levels of service through innovation, horticultural expertise & our technical asset management capability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership of a small team of Ground Persons
  • Client liaison and relationship building
  • Project management to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget
  • Hands on maintenance inclusive of operating ride on mowers

Additional duties may include:

  • Mowing
  • Mulching
  • Pest and disease identification
  • Hedging and weeding
  • Machinery operation, care, and maintenance

About you:

  • Horticulture qualification (Highly regarded)
  • Valid white card
  • Chemcert
  • Customer service focus is essential
  • Previous experience leading a highly engaged team
