Landscaping Supervisor Opportunity

Are you a motivated and experienced landscape construction professional seeking a challenging supervisory role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to work with our client, a reputable business in Victoria, Australia.

As a Landscaping Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a small team of staff to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will oversee the implementation of landscaping services, including concreting, structures, retaining walls, paving, turfing, and planting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to read and interpret plans, and have experience in managing a small crew. They will also be able to liaise with clients effectively and conduct toolbox talks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 1-4 staff
  • Read and interpret plans
  • Program construction work
  • Conduct toolbox talks
  • Liaise with clients

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction/Horticulture
  • 2-3 years experience as a qualified Tradesman
  • Ability to read plans and manage a small crew
