Job Overview

As a Legal Training Manager, you will play a key role in aligning legal training with client needs and objectives.

The practice services team supports three legal practice areas, including managing outpost practice, pro bono practice, induction and training programs, knowledge management framework, and graduate program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic advice on client and internal training offerings
  • Facilitating and promoting contemporary learning materials through technology in a legal environment
  • Identifying future training evaluation and assessment needs, and improving client and internal training strategy

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong strategic and operational partnering skills with experience in designing and delivering training materials
  • Legal practice or legal training experience and understanding of the Commonwealth legal environment
  • Formal qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in management, including within a legal services environment
