Life Changing Support Specialist

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with Autism and Mental Health conditions.
Key qualifications and skills required for this role include:
• Experience working with Autism and Intellectual Disability
• Flexibility in work hours and times
• Ability to handle behaviors of concern
• Fluency in English
Additionally, we require all applicants to have a valid driver's license.
A comprehensive training program will be provided to successful applicants.
**Job Types:** Casual, Contract
**Salary:** $40.00 - $72.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
Supplemental pay types:
Overtime pay
Penalty rates
Performance bonus
**Licensing/Certifications:**
National Police Certificate (preferred)
First Aid Certification (preferred)
Working with Children Check (preferred)
Driver Licence (preferred)
**Work Authorisation:**
Australia (preferred)
