  • Provide work health and safety support and administration;
  • Support staff quality, risk management, and reporting;
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all staff, patients, customers, and contractors;
  • Promote health and well-being to encourage a healthy and productive work environment;
  • HRBP activities in Recruitment, Performance management, employee engagement, training, and development:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Qualifications in human resources, law, business/management, or related fields;
  • An emerging practitioner with 1-3 years experience in a Human Resources Role or similar;
  • Return to Work certification is desirable;
  • Riskware software use and knowledge are an advantage or similar;
  • Sound knowledge of HR best practices, systems, process, and relevant legislation;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders across the organization;
  • Demonstrated pragmatic, discovery, positivity, and proactive behaviours.
