Job Title: Healthcare Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and professional healthcare communication specialist to provide high-quality interpreting and translation services to facilitate effective communication between healthcare providers and patients.

This role is critical in supporting equity and access to healthcare services for culturally and linguistically diverse patients and the Deaf community.

Key Responsibilities:

As a healthcare communication specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients by facilitating effective communication between healthcare providers and patients.

You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care, regardless of their language or cultural background.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of healthcare principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpreting and translation skills, including the ability to interpret in a variety of settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
