Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at Joint Health Command. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert administrative support to the Practice Manager and other team members
  • Booking health care appointments and coordinating medical administration tasks
  • Liaising with internal and external health care providers to ensure seamless communication
  • Adapting priorities based on organizational requirements and deadlines
  • Working collaboratively within the team and contributing to a positive work culture

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in an allied health or medical field
  • Well-developed relationship building skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
