Residential Reconstruction Manager

**Job Overview**
The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the Residential Construction Division, overseeing the entire production process from start to finish. This includes estimating, customer service, water mitigation, mold remediation, and contents restoration.
This leadership position demands a solid understanding of production matters, encompassing setup, processing, and delivery of high-quality projects. Key responsibilities include managing reconstruction projects, training and coaching team members, maintaining customer communication, conducting performance reviews, hiring and training new crew members, leading weekly meetings, and more.
- Production Management: Relaying project information to field installers, reviewing incoming sold jobs for accuracy and work scope, and scheduling subcontractors, suppliers, and services associated with projects.
- Customer Communications: Managing customer relationships, including dispute resolution, and supervising Project Managers and Customer Service Representatives on customer service and quality control.
- Damage Assessment and Repair:** Ability to diagnose damage and repairs as needed.
