Accounts Payable Specialist

This is a key role in our finance team, responsible for the efficient processing of transactional accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills in Excel, with experience in:

  • Matching and batching accounts payable transactions
  • Assisting with banking and payments, including foreign currencies
  • Expense claim and credit card processing
  • Providing financial analysis and reporting using Excel
  • Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders domestically and internationally

Key Responsibilities:

  • To process accounts payable efficiently, accurately and within specified timelines
  • To ensure all transactions are correctly matched, coded and batched
  • To provide support for banking and payment activities, including foreign currency transactions
  • To assist with expense claim and credit card processing
  • To conduct financial analysis and prepare reports using Excel
  • To liaise with suppliers and stakeholders both domestically and internationally

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
