As a Capital Transactions Analyst, you'll work closely with the CIO and Head of Transactions on acquisitions, divestments, capital structuring, and deal execution.
This is a rare chance to sit at the centre of the investment engine — sourcing, underwriting, and closing deals with a lean, high-quality team.
Ideal background:3–7 years' experience in capital transactions, real estate advisory, investment banking, or REITs.
Deep exposure to Australian real estate and an understanding of investment underwriting.
Entrepreneurial mindset — ready to step up, take ownership, and contribute meaningfully in a smaller, high-trust environment.
You'll have regular access to the board and executive team and get far broader exposure than is typically possible in larger, more established fund managers.
