We are seeking a recent law school graduate or paralegal with strong skills to join our corporate migration team in Sydney.

Your role will involve supporting immigration law matters in a fast-paced global environment, under the supervision of experienced lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload, handling workflows and client interactions with direct contact.
  • Prepare and file visa applications, adhering to legal requirements.
  • Draft legal documents and client correspondence.
  • Act as the liaison between clients, assisting in interviews and conducting research.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of immigration lawyers and administrative staff.
  • Work in a dynamic, detail-oriented team focused on excellent service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Recent graduation from law school or admission to legal practice, or equivalent Paralegal experience.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Quick learning ability, excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Focused on delivering exceptional client service, working with diverse clients to understand challenges and provide solutions.
  • Process-driven mindset, with strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in various systems and technology.
  • Accountability, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Effective teamwork skills, flexible approach.
