About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, working closely with our Senior Property Managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 240 properties, ensuring timely and efficient completion of routine, entry, and exit inspections.
  • Assist with maintenance tasks, including coordinating with tenants and vendors as needed.
  • Liaise with tenants to resolve any issues or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Senior Property Managers in all aspects of property management, including tenant sign-up appointments and property showings.
Requirements
  • QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Minimum 6 months experience in real estate, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
  • Own reliable transportation with a current driver's license.
  • Friendly, personable, and reliable demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
