Job Opportunity

You will be working from our Brisbane office to support multiple Project Managers with the administration of commercial relationships, implementation of prime contract management systems, and development of commercial training. Effective commercial governance is essential for the scope, scale, and complexity of our projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Maintaining that management adheres to Bechtel's internal best practices and requirements.
  • Participating in project-related meetings to operationalise opportunities for enhanced project performance.
  • Facilitating resolution of contractual and commercial disputes.
  • Supporting ongoing project training on commercial matters.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
Skills Required:
  • Natural leadership abilities to collaborate across functions and projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen to select innovative methods and evaluation criteria.
  • Prioritising customer centricity to resolve commercial challenges while preserving relationships.
