As a seasoned professional in commercial management, you will be instrumental in driving effective contract administration for our organization.

This exciting role involves working closely with multiple project managers to ensure seamless commercial relationships with clients, implement and manage prime contracts, and develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.

You will leverage your expertise in risk management, compliance, and change control to drive positive project outcomes and contribute to the development of our team's commercial acumen.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to influence and partner across various functions and projects.

Senior-level professionals with 10-13 years of experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract compliance, identifying and mitigating risks to deliver positive project outcomes.
  • Ensure contract management adheres to internal practices and requirements, including performance against baseline, risk management, and change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improved project performance.
  • Facilitate resolution of contractual and commercial issues, liaising with stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing project training on commercial matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and relevant experience.
  • Natural leadership abilities, partnering effectively across functions and projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen, selecting innovative methods for solving issues and achieving results.
  • Customer-centric approach, preserving strong relationships while resolving commercial challenges.
