We are currently seeking a proactive and capable Office Administrator / Coordinator to join our team full time. This role plays a vital part in keeping our business operations running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.


About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Willing to assist across all areas of the business
  • Self-motivated and hardworking
  • Comfortable in a hands-on environment (yes, you might break a sweat sometimes), with the ability to lift up to 20kg.
  • Detail-oriented and highly efficient
  • Confident in reporting and communicating with management
  • Capable of performing general office duties with accuracy and professionalism
  • A team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
  • Preferred: non-smoker

Industry-specific training and development will be provided to the successful applicant.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide broad administrative support across departments
  • Coordinate and schedule a team of installers
  • Perform accurate data entry and record keeping
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and calls
  • Coordinate and dispatch advertising material efficiently and accurately
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, word processing, and customer service
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to overall business efficiency

Practical Requirements

  • Year 12 certificate
  • Professional and courteous phone manner
  • Highly effective time management skills
  • Well-developed abilities in organization, self-governance and motivation
  • Recent and confident word processing abilities in Microsoft excel, Word and Email
