About Project Officer Position

The role of Project Officer involves working in partnership with a dynamic support function that leads critical strategic and transformation initiatives across the healthcare sector. Key responsibilities include coordinating and supporting prioritised organisational planning activities, project planning and coordination, project monitoring and evaluation, data analysis and reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and support Strategic Portfolio Management by working with Directors Strategy and Transformation and designated Portfolio and Program leads.
  • Develop and execute project plans, define project scope, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements, and coordinate project activities such as meeting arrangements, stakeholder mapping and action registers.
  • Regularly track and report on project, program or portfolio milestones, risk and performance indicators, and produce qualitative and quantitative data in both database and spreadsheet applications.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with stakeholders to gather input, solicit feedback, and ensure their active involvement throughout the project lifecycle, and coordinate consultation processes and designated planning and data analysis activities.
