We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Richmond.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, processing their vehicles for the repair journey and assisting with customer mobility needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively reviewing, monitoring and communicating to customers ensuring an exceptional experience;
- Building & maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, colleagues);
- Uncover your customers insurance needs by offering suitable options, identifying opportunities for new business and renewals.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and sales skills;
- Problem solving skills & attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment & a team environment.
