Konekt Workcare is seeking self-starting graduates to join our two-year graduate program in Occupational Therapy. As a rehabilitation consultant, you will be part of a supportive team dedicated to helping Australians achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs for workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace evaluations, ergonomics, and activities of daily living.
- Develop effective case management plans to promote client progress towards return-to-work goals.
- Bilateral communication and relationship-building with stakeholders to facilitate business objectives.
- Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- AHPRA accreditation upon graduation.
- Eligibility for Comcare accreditation (desirable).
- Working with Children Check and pre-employment national criminal check.
- Full driver's license.
