  • This full-time role involves working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Key responsibilities include providing expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice, achieving and exceeding personal sales targets, supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met, and contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.

Key qualifications for this role include previous experience in a retail environment, strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers, an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job, competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively.
