Transform your career by taking on a key technology infrastructure refresh program as an experienced IT Project Support Officer, Administrator, or Planner. You'll work in an evolving Project Management Office (PMO) with a talented team of peers, driving strategic initiatives and delivering results.

**Your new role will include:

- Serving as the key technology project resource focused on Microsoft project scheduling, planning, governance, and compliance for the IT Program Manager and PMO Leads;
- Collaborating with various stakeholders (technology team, vendors, suppliers, managers, customers etc.), and building strong internal relationships to drive business outcomes;
- Utilizing your strong problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively and execute appropriately, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget;
- Leveraging your attention to detail with an ability to bring solutions to problems, and driving process improvements across the organization;
- Developing excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Building strong project organisational skills and flexibility with a track record using MS Project, MS Scheduler, MS Excel, and related PMO tools;
- Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands;
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously, with a proven ability to make decisions and take calculated risks;
- Previous experience in document management or involvement in migration activities on a project is highly desirable.
