At Goodstart Early Learning, we are dedicated to shaping the futures of children through exceptional education and care. Our boutique service in Mount Hutton is a nurturing environment for 38 children aged from one year old to school age.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and responsive Early Childhood Educator to join our passionate and close-knit team. This position offers flexible shifts from 7 am to 6 pm, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture. We welcome part-time and full-time applicants.
Key Responsibilities- To craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children
- Work alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences
- Foster a structured setting with 14 children per room, engaging with children while maintaining high occupancy and exceeding National Quality Standards
We require:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- A current NSW Working with Children Check
