Role Overview
We're seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Gunnedah. As an Educator, you'll play a vital role in creating engaging learning programs for our children, promoting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive, inclusive environment
* Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design and enhance learning programs
* Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for support and extension
* Maintain accurate records of children's learning and development

Requirements
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
