**Your New Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Early Childhood Educator - Developmental Expert to join our team at Goodstart Mount Hutton. As a valued member of our staff, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
- Working collaboratively with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and development of every child
**What We Offer**

- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
